This is the official notice stuff that needs to be here for those few who would abuse.
All graphics made by me are owned by me unless a person or business make arrangements to specifically purchase a graphic from me.
I have 2 sets of prices, the lower one gives you permission to display/use a graphic I create at a lower price. The provision for this is you must display my banner with a link back to me on any pages my creations are used. At this time I have 2 different banners available to be used for this purpose. Under no circumstances can you modify these graphics nor have anyone else modify them. You may also not sell them or authorize their use by any other parties.
The second set of prices involves you purchasing full ownership of a graphic, which gives you sole rights to that image. It becomes yours & I no longer have any say in it's use. However, if you post my banner with a link back to me on the main pages of your site for 60 days, I will reduce the purchase price by 10%
I am working on developing sets of linkware, the terms for use for that will be added when it becomes available.
Do not use my link, you must host images yourself
